Because of this law, Sky King Fireworks does not permit Pennsylvania residents in our Pennsylvania showrooms, except in the case where a Pennsylvania resident has a valid permit issued by an appropriate official of a city, town, borough, municipality, township or county. An acceptable official includes the city or town’s Mayor, Supervisor, Commissioners, Board Chairmen, Fire Chiefs or Fire Marshal. With a valid permit, PA residents are welcome at any of our Pennsylvania stores to purchase your 1.4G consumer fireworks. You can download a permit application on this website. Please fax a copy of the signed permit to Sky King Headquarters at (772) 878-4002. We will need at least 24 hours to validate the permit, calling the issuing official to verify authenticity. This verification is necessary for Sky King Fireworks to be in full compliance with the Pennsylvania statutes. Once the permit is verified, we will call you to let you know that you may shop at the Sky King PA store of your choice. You can download a PA fireworks permit application form. Please fill out the permit form completely and take it to your local official for approval. Please have the official who signs the permit provide a daytime telephone number that Sky King can call for verification purposes.
